| UPDATE BELOW!!! Hi! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Tara Fortin, wife and mother of 4 boys. Aside from my family...I'm very passionate about my dogs. Quite a while back...I decided that our family needed a new dog. Our Belgian Sheepdog, Zack, was getting on in age. The poor guy only had 3 legs (we had to have one amputated due to an accident), and was losing both his sight and hearing. I thought it would be better for everyone to have something else to focus on should he pass. Well, after countless hours of research, I came to the conclusion that the Olde English Bulldogge was the breed for our family. They are great with children, (good thing, we have 4 boys!), they are sturdy, (again, I have 4 boys!), they don't require that much grooming, ( Belgian Sheepdogs have long hair, no fun!) and most important, THEY DON"T DROOL!!! So needless to say we got our first and so began my Bully obsession! (Which now includes AKC English Bulldogs!) UPDATE!!!! As of September of 2011, I will be taking a break from breeding the Olde English Bulldogges. Many of you already know, that we suffered the tragic loss of our oldest son in June 2010. He was my "partner" when it came to my Olde English Bulldogge breeding program. I have found it difficult to carry on without him and have decided to turn my focus in a different direction at this time. Thank you to all of the wonderful families that have helped make my Olde English Program such a success. I will still have my AKC English Bulldog program for now and continue to provide healthy, well rounded, family pets. All pups are whelped by myself and raised underfoot in our home. When they go to their new homes they'll have had their 1st puppy shot, been wormed, vet checked and receive a health certificate. |
